Wood Flooring refers to wide range of floor coatings made exclusively of solid wood floor or laminated wood floor materials.

Prior to decorative printing process of the laminated floor panels, a filler (putty) is applied to the plate to level out unevenness and ideally adjusts the absorbency for printing. The application is carried out using a roller coater called filler coater.

The decoration is then printed directly onto the filler. After printing process, the printed surface is protected against scratches, moisture and dirt by coating one or more layers of additional transparent varnish coating of resin or lacquer. Varnish layers are applied using a roller coating machine. These rollers are called varnish rollers.
